Bookings and Payments
To process a Booking you must send us a completed booking form with a 30 % non-refundable deposit as detailed below. This will constitute acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions. We require you to send us a scan copy of passport to our main office on email@example.com . After receiving a scan copy of your passport and the completed booking form with your 30% non-refundable we will send you a final confirmation receipt.

– All deposits required are per person per trip. Please contact us regarding direct deposit details. A bank service charge may apply and should be paid at the time of deposit.
– For Credit Card payment please contact us. We only accept Visa or MasterCard and a 4% levy will be added for the card processing fee.
– The remaining balance is required a minimum 20 days before the trip departure date. reserves the right to cancel your trip should the full amount not be paid in time.
– Where possible we will accept your last minute booking 10 days prior to tour departure date full payment is then required.
Cancelling or Changing your Arrangements
If you need to cancel or amend a confirmed booking, cancellation/amendment charges will generally be payable to the Supplier. The amount of such charges will vary according to the time before departure your requested change or notice of cancellation is received by the Supplier.
Travel insurance is compulsory for all Clients undertaking any tour. It should provide adequate protection for the full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, air ambulance and adequate cover for baggage.
A legal guardian must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen. If you have a question regarding age and suitability, please contact us for further information.
You agree that Amazing Himalaya Trekking may use images of you taken during the trip without recourse to you and without compensation to you, for publicity and promotion purposes through whatever medium it chooses.
Papers & Documents
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absence of essential papers and documents.
Risk & Responsibility
Your safety and enjoyment is our prime concern. We therefore carry out our responsibility honestly & sincerely to ensure your holiday trouble–free as well as you have desired. Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, trip may be change under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.
There is virtually possibility of flight delay or postponement for notorious weather in Himalayan regions which could be happened, in particular, in Everest region (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region etc.Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above, especially during odd season, you’re highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence. In case of flight cancellation pre-tour/post-tour, you need to meet your accommodation and food costs yourself.
