There are more than ten international airlines currently flying to Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. Nepal Airlines is the national airline with flights to and from Delhi, Dubai, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Osaka, Shanghai. Other airlines that fly to and from Kathmandu are China Southwest Airlines (Lhasa), Indian Airlines (Delhi, Kolkata, Varanasi), Gulf Air, Qatar Airways, Oman Air, Etihad Airways, Thai Airways International (Bangkok), Martin Air (Amsterdam), Biman Bangladesh Airlines (Dacca), Jet Airways, Kingfisher, Pakistan International Airlines (Karachi), Druk Air (Paro / Bhutan), Korean Airlines. There is good connection to all the international airport all over the world via Delhi to Kathmandu.
Incoming travelers by car can use the Indo-Nepalese border at Mahendranagar, Dhanghari, Nepalganj, Bhairawa / Sunauli, Birgunj / Raxaul, Kakarbhatia / Siliguri and the Tibetan-Nepalese border at Nepal Kodari.
