After an exhilarating flight to Lukla (2840m), we trek through the narrow valley of the Dudh Koshi to Namche Bazaar, the commercial center of the Sherpas. To acclimatize, we spend two nights in Namche Bazaar, exploring two typical Sherpa settlements, Khunde and Khumjung. Along this route, we pass through the Tengboche Monastery (3880m) and enjoy views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and other peaks throughout the trek.

The highlight of the trek is reaching the best viewpoint for Everest and the highest point on this route, Mt. Kala Patthar (5545m), which is located just 10 km away from the world’s highest peak. This vantage point offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan giants.
