After an exhilarating flight to Lukla (2840m), we trek through the narrow valley of the Dudh Koshi to Namche Bazaar, the commercial center of the Sherpas. To acclimatize, we spend two nights in Namche Bazaar, exploring two typical Sherpa settlements, Khunde and Khumjung. Along this route, we pass through the Tengboche Monastery (3880m) and enjoy views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and other peaks throughout the trek.
The highlight of the trek is reaching the best viewpoint for Everest and the highest point on this route, Mt. Kala Patthar (5545m), which is located just 10 km away from the world’s highest peak. This vantage point offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan giants.

Today, we start our tour from Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath Stupa and Boudhanath Stupa which are all in UN World Heritage sites. The Durbar Square sheds light on the life of the royals in ancient times. Pashupatinath Temple is one of the most important places of pilgrimage for all Hindus. Swayambhunath is also known as the Monkey Temple, it is on top of a hill, and has historical significance associated with the foundation of Kathmandu valley. Boudhanath Stupa is one of the largest stupas in the world. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Early morning flight from Kathmandu/Manthali to Lukla. If the flight from Kathmandu is not operational, a 4-hour drive to Manthali will be arranged, and then a flight to Lukla. The trek begins with a descent to Cheplung, offering views of the sacred mountain Mt. Khumbila. Further, descend to Phakding. Overnight in Trekkers Lodge.
Trek through a pine forest, cross the Dudh Koshi River, pass Chumoa and Monjo villages, reach the entrance of Everest National Park, cross a suspension bridge to Jorsale, and ascend to the iconic Namche Bazaar. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.
Explore Namche Bazaar, visit Everest viewpoint for panoramic views, including Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Ama Dablam, and more. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.
A gradual ascent to Tengboche. Visit the largest monastery in the Everest region. Enjoy panoramic views of Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, and Lhotse. Witness a Buddhist religious ceremony if arriving by 3 pm. Overnight in Tengboche.
Descend through rhododendron forests, witness magnificent views, cross Imja River to Pangboche, visit Pangboche Monastery, and ascend to Dingboche. Enjoy the picturesque fields and settlements. Overnight in Dingboche.
A relatively short trek from Dingboche to Lobuche. Ascend and descend through glacier paths, reach Chupki Lhara for panoramic mountain views, and continue to Lobuche. Overnight stay in Lobuche.
After lunch in Gorakshep visit Everest Base Camp (5364 m) Trek to Everest Base Camp, witness the unique patterns of melting ice, and enjoy the views. Return to Gorakshep for the night.
Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for breathtaking sunrise views. Descend to Gorakshep for breakfast and continue to Pheriche. Overnight in Pheriche.
Descend through rhododendron forests, cross the village PAngboche, and reach Tangboche. Enjoy panoramic views along the trail. Overnight in Tangboche.
Descend through rhododendron forests, cross the Dudh Koshi River, and reach Namche Bazaar & onward hike to Monjo . Enjoy panoramic views along the trail. Overnight in Monjo.
Descend with suspension bridges, visit monasteries, and reach Lukla. Rest and relax as it’s the last day in the mountains. Overnight in Lukla.
Catch an early morning flight to Kathmandu/Manthali. If the flight to Kathmandu is not operational, you will fly to Manthali. The drive back to Kathmandu from Manthali takes approximately 4 hours. Upon reaching Kathmandu, you can choose to rest or explore the city for shopping. If you are interested in exploring other areas of Kathmandu, our guides will be happy to assist you. Enjoy your night in Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu.
After breakfast, we will go for a half-day sightseeing tour to the most beautiful city in Kathmandu valley called Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur is also listed in UN world heritage site. Here you can see the Durbar Square, the pottery market, the famous peacock window, as well as the five-story Nyatapola: Nepal’s highest pagoda. Drive back to Kathmandu. Rest of the day you have free time for shopping or walk around Thamel. Farewell dinner will be served in the evening to celebrate the successful completion of our journey. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Our adventure trip in Nepal ends today. Transfer to the airport for your onward trip.
